A 5' wide, straight, split 'T' staircase with stone steps, hardwood hand railings, balusters/spindles, and return ends on both sides. The staircase leads up to a central landing that is closed underneath and splits off to the right and left to form the shape of a T and the starting step has rounded ends with newel and volutes on both ends.

Included in Cost: Handrail with stain and 2 coats of varnish, a contrasting cut stringer, stair skirt, risers, balusters/spindles and newel posts with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint, stud walls with finished texture drywall, primer, paint, and installation labor.
