A floor finish where an acidic chemical is applied to a bare concrete floor allowing colored metallic salts to penetrate and stain the concrete. After acid etching, the floor may be scored or cut with saws to create the appearance of tiles or patterns in the concrete. Assumes custom patterns and finishes as well as an intricate floor plan typical of high value homes.
Included in Cost: Concrete, acid staining chemicals, 2 coats of solid color, degreaser, 2 coats of sealer, and installation labor.
