Floor finish made from Mexican tiles that are applied to the floor with a mortar, thinset, or adhesive and have grouted joints between them. Mexican tiles are handmade and fired at a low temperature, so they might not be perfectly flat or square. Mexican tiles lack a man-made sealer coat applied to the surface. They are also known as Saltillo and Tecate tiles. Assumes custom patterns and finishes as well as an intricate floor plan.
Included in Cost: Mexican floor tile, mud set, grout, and installation labor.
