Wood floor made of random width oak strips that have a tongue sticking out on one side and a groove cut into the other side. When the wood strips are laid on the floor, the tongue on one piece fits into the groove in the next. This allows the nailing of the floor to the subfloor to be hidden. A premium grade of flooring has been used. Assumes custom patterns and finishes as well as an intricate floor plan.
Included in Cost: Random width oak strip floor, foam underlayment, stain, polyurethane, fasteners, and installation labor.
