Tongue and groove style interlocking wood flooring system made of quarter sawn tiger oak strips, which floats over the existing subfloor on top of a pad. A premium grade of flooring has been used. Assumes custom patterns and finishes as well as an intricate floor plan. Tiger oak flooring gets its name from the flake or stripe pattern produced by the grain of the wood and how it is cut.
Included in Cost: Tiger oak strip floor, foam underlayment, stain, polyurethane, fasteners, and installation labor.
