Tongue and groove reclaimed heart pine plank flooring, with random widths and lengths, installed over floor joists or wood underlayment. Premium grade plank flooring has been used. Assumes custom designs and finishes as well as intricate partition configurations. There are many sources of reclaimed wood including old buildings, barns, rural structures and factories, rivers, lakes and ponds, old railroads, fallen and dead trees, wharves and docks, and barrels from breweries and wineries.
Included in Cost: Reclaimed heart pine plank floor, foam underlayment, stain, polyurethane, fasteners, and installation labor.
