Standard Finish
Typical standard finishes and construction include:
- Interior drywall partitions and drywall installed around basement perimeter over insulation
- Painted drywall ceiling
- Painted drywall wall finishes
- Hollow core doors
- Carpet and vinyl tile floor finishes
- Standard electrical outlets and lighting
- Standard heating system
Enter a percentage between 0 and 100. If a basement garage is selected, the basement finish percentage between 1 and 100 applies to the total basement area less the basement garage area.
Example 1: If the basement is 1000 square feet and 600 feet is finished, enter 60%.
Example 2: If the basement is 1000 square feet, 500 of which is basement garage and the remaining 500 square feet is finished, enter 100%.
Example 3: If the basement is 1000 square feet, 500 of which is basement garage and 200 square feet of the remaining 500 square feet is finished, enter 40%.
