Tongue and groove style interlocking wood flooring system that floats over the existing subfloor on top of a pad, similar to carpet. The flooring is manufactured in planks, tiles, blocks, and designer feature squares that consist of several layers or sheets bonded together with adhesive under pressure and a wear-resistant decorative surface made of resin-based melamine. A premium grade laminate wood flooring has been used. Assumes custom patterns and finishes as well as an intricate floor plan typical of high value homes.
