A high efficiency central air conditioning system that is designed to control the temperature of air and to provide for distribution of cool air throughout the house.

Note: The high efficiency central air conditioning, same ducts system is designed to meet green construction standards for high energy efficiency and seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER).

Included in Cost: This system includes a separate high efficiency air conditioning unit but shares the distribution ductwork, diffusers, registers, and thermostat with the existing heating system.
