Chimney, Multiple Opening, Outside
A vertical, noncombustible structure built to carry smoke and gases out of the home. The chimney is built on the outside of an exterior wall and has multiple flues.
Note: Do not count the chimney for the furnace unless it is a large one on the outside of the building.
Included in Cost: Chimney, brick wall, masonry veneer finish, two flues, and installation labor.
